Our climate challenges
home exteriors. During the spring, summer, and fall the sunshine bakes the
exterior of your home.
Power washing
your house every year keeps your home looking good, and also cuts the need
to repaint as often. Washing away any accumulated dirt and grime makes it
easier to inspect siding for trouble spots. Washing also removes buildup of
pollen which turns acidic with moisture and slowly erodes your home finish.
Some exterior product manufacturers suggest washing your home twice a year
where dirt can build up on the surface. As wind and rain hit the dirt
particles, the dirt begins to grind away the finish.
One of the
questions most prospective customers wonder is why there is a wide range in
estimates between each pressure washing contractor. Let me first say that
estimating the cost of pressure washing a house is a very imprecise
undertaking. There is no industry standard. We estimate the cost of cleaning
a house based on how long we think the job will take. This includes the type
of material being cleaned, the type and amount of dirt on the house, and any
special materials or equipment necessary to complete the job.
Our
price includes quality work and the price we quote is the price you pay. We
will never tell you that we need more money to complete a job we have
started. If you notice any spots we missed, call us within two weeks of
completion and we will return and fix it for you for free.
